Work Environment

Located in Freehold, New Jersey, our outpatient office provides a hands-on, collaborative work atmosphere where innovation and patient care come first. You will work a Monday to Friday schedule encompassing 40 hours each week, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with physicians' recommendations, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Utilize advanced techniques and therapeutic modalities to help patients regain mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care, adapting treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical findings.
• Foster an environment of exceptional customer service, emphasizing positive patient experiences in line with our organizational values.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about exercise regimens and self-management techniques necessary for recovery.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals while contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic issues but also including pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Your work will directly affect the quality of life for individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic pain, empowering them to return to their daily activities with confidence and improved functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current and valid state license in Physical Therapy that permits therapeutic practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Ability to build and maintain deep, trusting relationships with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

While recent graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or diverse clinical settings involving complex patient care scenarios will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
