Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to a varied client base, applying therapeutic techniques that best suit the client’s needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments that explore clients' strengths, challenges, and goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools to gauge mental health and progress.

• Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans, following evidence-based methodologies that adapt as clients progress through therapy.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to deliver coordinated and holistic care to clients.

• Maintain accurate electronic records of client interactions, progress notes, treatment interventions, and case management activities using our secure health information system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and families, each presenting unique psychological needs and challenges. Our clientele includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as those seeking personal growth and support in navigating life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted license to practice independently in Arizona as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted. Candidates with prior disciplinary actions against their license need not apply.

• Proficiency in making professional assessments and treatment recommendations, complemented by exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with electronic health records and basic computer systems is necessary for client documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in providing teletherapy and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is advantageous.

• Strong history of developing and supervising evidence-based treatment plans.
