Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing secure telehealth platforms to deliver effective care.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments remotely, assessing clients’ strengths and challenges to inform customized treatment plans.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization support to clients in distress, offering guidance and assistance until further care can be established.

• Assist clients in accessing online resources and connecting with community services, ensuring they receive holistic support tailored to their needs.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to create a seamless and coordinated care experience for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights with colleagues.

The clientele served in this role includes individuals and families facing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
