Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and group therapeutic sessions via telehealth, providing psychological support tailored to the specific needs of cancer patients and their families.

• Applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring interventions are responsive to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest research in mental health treatment and adapting practice methodologies accordingly to improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Documenting patient interactions meticulously, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any revisions based on ongoing assessments.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A valid social work license or mental health counseling licensure specific to the state of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
