Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to grasp each client's needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches.

• Lead regular therapy sessions that address diverse concerns, including but not limited to relationship issues, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and life's stressors.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies for enhanced outcomes.
\n
• Ensure meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards while creating comprehensive treatment records.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities that promote skill enhancement and up-to-date clinical practices.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives to foster awareness surrounding mental health issues and to help expand accessibility to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing different socioeconomic backgrounds, ages, and cultural experiences. The majority of our clients resonate with various mental health challenges, from those managing chronic conditions to individuals seeking guidance through life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in empowering these clients to navigate their personal journeys towards improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must possess active State Licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting providing psychotherapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, showing the ability to engage effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
