Position Summary Full‑time Mental Health Therapist (Integrated Mental Health Therapist II or III or Licensed) is available for our Behavioral Health Department at our Fourth Plain location in Vancouver, Washington, with travel to East Vancouver Medical to render services. This is a full‑time position on an interdisciplinary team focused on applying evidence‑based practices to improve health outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and brief intervention counseling. Consult with primary care providers. Develop patient‑centered care plans. Coordinate care across services. Education and/or Requirements Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work, including coursework in psychological assessment. Meet Washington State WAC requirements for the designation of Mental Health Professional; be licensed or possess an associate’s license. Experience with mental health evaluation of children and evidence‑based models of treatment is a plus. Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and related software.
