Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals managing both mental health conditions and co-occurring medical issues. The therapist will be tasked with navigating the unique challenges that these individuals experience, tailoring care plans that address both psychological and physical health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or as a Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, particularly those with co-occurring conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
