Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments to understand clients' mental health history, current concerns, and future goals, thereby laying the foundation for effective treatment.

• Design tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the individual needs and preferences of clients, adapting approaches as deemed necessary throughout the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate engaging and productive therapy sessions using integrative therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop practical coping strategies and life skills that empower them to better manage their mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous client documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and secure.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active independent license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) issued by the state board; limited or provisional licenses are not acceptable for this role.

• Demonstrated ability to make informed evaluations and treatment recommendations based on clients' individual circumstances.

• Proficient in using technology for telehealth services, with strong computer literacy to manage client records and documentation.
