Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential functions, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating evidence-based practices and tools.

• Creating and implementing pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, including behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
\n
• Actively participating in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our services remain top-tier and compliant.
\n
• Building and maintaining relationships with local, state, and federal agencies as well as community partners to advocate for clients and enhance service delivery.

• Representing the agency at conferences, task forces, and statewide meetings while pursuing educational opportunities to foster personal and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Arc Zone range from individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges to those recovering from substance use and dealing with developmental and acquired brain injuries. We prioritize a person-driven approach, adapting our services to meet the diverse needs and goals of our clients, fostering their resilience, independence, and community integration.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.

• An active LMHC license issued by the state board in New York.
\n
• Proven ability to maintain clinical records meticulously and prepare relevant reports that reflect professional standards.

• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment, alongside a commitment to client advocacy.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
