Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harbor Crest, your main duties will encompass:

• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth, to clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, tailoring sessions to meet individual needs.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to achieve shared objectives, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive care.

• Engaging with patients from diverse populations, respecting their unique backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences while delivering empathetic support.

• Implementing evidence-based assessments, identifying specific needs to develop focused treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Facilitating crisis interventions as needed, offering support and resources to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Managing a caseload of clients, conducting regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
