Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, and groups, ensuring the integration of therapeutic interventions tailored to unique needs.

• Effectively assess crisis situations and respond with immediate interventions, prioritizing patient well-being by referring them to appropriate services when necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses in accordance with the DSM-5 standards, utilizing Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practice guidelines while addressing the mental health challenges of your clients.

• Utilize therapeutic models such as brief therapy and behavior modification during client interactions, ensuring high-quality care that fosters connection and support.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, nurturing their professional development and enhancing patient care delivery.

Qualifications\n
