Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the State of Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a clinical or mental health setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems; familiarity with HIPAA regulations and practices.

• Own a reliable laptop or desktop, as well as a stable internet connection capable of handling video conferencing technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, plus bonuses based on performance. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring that you have the coverage you need.
