Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, gathering detailed information through Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments, thereby establishing initial treatment needs and formulating appropriate diagnoses.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including those with co-occurring conditions.

• Design personalized treatment plans incorporating standard guidelines for various mental health diagnoses, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Respond to crisis situations effectively, assessing the urgency of clients' needs, and coordinating the necessary interventions to ensure safety and support.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring for Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering their professional growth and enhancing service delivery.

• Deliver training and educational resources to team members and the community, enhancing overall clinical knowledge and awareness of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with external professionals and community resources to develop cross-system treatment plans for comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
