Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions with practicum students to guide their clinical licensure journey and to provide mentorship throughout their education.

• Deliver tailored psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and community resource providers, to develop holistic treatment plans.

• Engage actively in creating and executing comprehensive treatment plans that are responsive to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation including treatment notes and session summaries to comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health treatment through continuous education, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

• A valid state license in one of the following: LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• Professional liability insurance is required to practice independently.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing supervision and mentorship to graduate or practicum students is highly valued.

• Previous work in a telehealth environment and familiarity with digital therapy tools is a plus.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our compensation package is above market standards, reflecting our commitment to valuing our team.
