Work Environment

Our Clearwater, Florida outpatient office is a state-of-the-art facility designed to foster healing and recovery. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work primarily on-site within a supportive team of healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists. The work schedule will be Monday to Friday, with occasional rotating shifts on weekends to accommodate patient needs. You will play a crucial role in delivering hands-on therapy, utilizing advanced modalities and therapeutic techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities resulting from various conditions, including injuries and chronic illnesses.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on physician's orders, setting achievable goals tailored to each patient's condition, age, and developmental stage.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using professional terminology to maintain a high standard of care and compliance with legal requirements.
• Assume responsibility for patient billing and financial aspects of care while ensuring transparency and understanding for the patient.
• Supervise and direct the activities of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists, to refine intervention programs and ensure cohesive patient care.
• Regularly assess and adapt treatment strategies based on patient progress and feedback to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide constructive feedback to management to improve departmental efficiency and elevate the quality of care.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual compensation for this Full-Time Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
