Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice to address orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic services, utilizing state-of-the-art techniques and modalities that align with each patient's unique recovery objectives.
• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with patients, educating them and their caregivers about treatment processes and recovery expectations.
• Utilize documentation systems effectively to track progress and meet minimum utilization goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational objectives.
• Foster professional relationships with patients and their families, helping them navigate their recovery journey with confidence and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse range of patients, predominantly focusing on orthopedic conditions but also engaging with pediatric and neurological cases. Your ability to connect with patients from different backgrounds and age groups will be crucial in ensuring their comfort and adherence to treatment plans. As a Physical Therapist at Powerback, you will play a significant role in facilitating recovery for individuals of all ages who are dealing with various injuries, chronic pain, or post-operative rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Proficient computer skills with familiarity in electronic health record systems.
• A strong desire to build interpersonal relationships, contributing to a supportive community atmosphere.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, previous clinical experience in outpatient settings focusing on orthopedics or sports medicine is highly regarded. Familiarity with current best practices in physical therapy, along with a commitment to continuous learning, will enhance your effectiveness and integration within our practice.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
