Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each individual's needs and goals.
• Utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure and track patient outcomes, ensuring the effectiveness of the therapy delivered.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries with precision, minimizing paperwork while adhering to established protocols.
• Implement effective treatment modalities, both for our orthopedic cases as well as for patients with neurological diagnoses, providing holistic care.
• Engage patients actively in their rehabilitation journey, fostering an environment of encouragement and empowerment.
• Regularly assess and interpret patient data, using this information to modify treatment approaches as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, enhancing outcomes through shared insights and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, each presenting unique orthopedic and neurological challenges. Qualifications

To fulfill this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program. Additionally, candidates should have:

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida; a temporary permit is acceptable.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification, ensuring adherence to up-to-date life-saving protocols.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
