Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to design individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, couple's therapy, family sessions, and group therapy.

• Implement a variety of tailored therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document session notes and manage client records securely and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care is delivered, addressing all facets of client wellbeing.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay current with advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse population, with a focus on individuals, children, and families who may have limited access to quality mental health care. You will work with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in clinical settings, is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical clinical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
