Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients explore their mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with clients remotely.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

We require a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities are highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in using digital health tools and electronic health records will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
