This position is structured for remote work, allowing you the flexibility to operate from your home while effectively carrying out your responsibilities. Our team operates on a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to accurately assess the needs of children and adolescents navigating emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the complex interplay between developmental stages, family dynamics, and specific therapeutic objectives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to effectively address conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to assist parents and caregivers in creating supportive, nurturing environments conducive to their child's well-being.

• Collaborate intimately with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention in urgent situations involving children and adolescents, ensuring appropriate care and support when emergencies arise.

• Educate families regarding mental health conditions, outlining treatment options and community resources that may enhance their child's support system.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated expertise in child and adolescent mental health disorders and a solid understanding of therapeutic models.

• Experience in delivering both individual and family therapy sessions, highlighting a strong ability to connect with young patients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient care workflows.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role will be competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually. In addition to a lucrative base salary, we offer performance-based bonuses and a rewarding sign-on bonus to ensure your efforts are recognized and rewarded.
