Work Environment

Your work will primarily take place onsite, directly within the community that we serve. The position entails a Monday to Friday schedule, encompassing 40 hours per week, with some rotating Saturday coverage. In this unique concierge medicine practice, you will provide house calls, allowing for a personalized and convenient experience for patients. This environment fosters strong patient-practitioner relationships, enhancing trust and adherence to treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify both physical and psychological health issues, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, continually reassessing and updating the care strategy as necessary.
• Evaluate patient responses to medications and therapies, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Administer prescribed immunizations according to established guidelines, ensuring patient safety and efficacy of treatment.
• Maintain effective communication with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to foster collaborative care and achieve desirable health outcomes.
• Document patient encounters with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, maintaining up-to-date problem and medication lists at each visit.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Nurse Practitioner at Serenity Pain Solutions, you will serve a diverse population that includes individuals with complex cardiovascular conditions. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License issued by the State of New York.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in cardiology, where you have developed a proficient understanding of cardiovascular diagnoses and treatments.

Compensation and Benefits

The Nurse Practitioner position offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $160,000 annually, supplemented by an attractive benefits package.
