Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Empowerment Care Services, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and cultivate mutual support.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling tailored to the unique experiences of each client, guiding them in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized, goal-directed treatment plans that reflect their preferences and therapeutic goals.

• Monitor Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work together with psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including consultation on complex cases and care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often struggles with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and possess a valid LCPC license. Ideal candidates will demonstrate not only the requisite clinical skills but also a strong commitment to client-centered care and community involvement.

Preferred Experience\n
