Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health conditions, subsequently crafting effective and individualized treatment plans. For instance, you may engage a client in discussing their background, experiences, or current emotional challenges to form a comprehensive view of their needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices tailored to the client’s personal goals.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously track their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Offer both in-person and teletherapy sessions, accommodating clients' preferences and accessibility challenges to ensure they receive the support required.

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations—this underpins our commitment to professionalism and quality care.

• Engage in ongoing education and professional development to refine your clinical practice, including attending workshops, seminars, or licensing courses.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure by the state of Massachusetts, including LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
