Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for all new patients to identify their specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Manage and monitor the treatment of patients throughout their recovery journey, addressing psychiatric, psychosocial, physical health-related, and behavioral health needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions while utilizing various evidence-based therapies to ensure effective treatment.

• Actively coordinate with external behavioral health facilities and resources to promote a seamless and integrated care experience for patients.

• Utilize data and patient feedback to proactively improve therapeutic methods and patient outcomes.

You will be primarily serving individuals who are grappling with substance use disorders, providing them with the support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions necessary for recovery. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Possession of an active, full, and unrestricted LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC license in the state of Washington.
