Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis planning.

• Deliver evidence-based counseling sessions using appropriate screening tools as determined by the clinical team.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress promptly and accurately to meet regulatory standards and support continuous quality improvement practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, facilitating effective treatment strategies for clients.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, strengthening our organization’s compliance and operational excellence.

• Engage with community partners, state agencies, and other relevant service systems to enhance client support and secure new opportunities for collaboration.

Qualifications\n
