Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that consider clients' unique developmental stages and family dynamics, ensuring alignment with therapeutic best practices.

• Prepare and submit thorough individual documentation for each counseling session, adhering to our stringent guidelines and protocols, while ensuring timely completion of case notes and progress reports.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to coordinate services and optimize care for clients, facilitating a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Attend and actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions, contributing to team discussions and shared learning opportunities to improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000, commensurate with experience and education.
