Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions, focusing on orthopedic issues.
• Design, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress, using evidence-based practices to ensure optimal recovery.
• Document therapy sessions meticulously, including maintaining SOAP notes and progress summaries in the clinic's electronic record system.
• Provide education to patients and their families about therapeutic techniques, home exercises, and recovery expectations to enhance understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and integrated patient care.
• Regularly reassess and adjust treatment goals based on patients' responses, ensuring continuous engagement in their rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's Degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
