Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Premier Sports, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, which encompass reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to develop targeted treatment plans.
• Communicating evaluation findings and treatment objectives clearly to patients and their families, ensuring collaborative goal-setting to enhance patient engagement.
• Implementing tailored treatment protocols based on the initial evaluation and ongoing assessments of patient progress and response to therapy.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to address complex patient needs, making revisions to care plans as warranted.
• Completing comprehensive discharge plans along with necessary follow-up care to promote sustained patient recovery and satisfaction.
• Documenting treatment plans and patient interactions accurately and expediently to comply with evolving healthcare documentation requirements.
• Managing your schedule to maintain high productivity while ensuring timely attendance at meetings and adherence to clinic protocols.
• Participating in marketing initiatives to promote our services and outreach within the community.
• Engaging in ongoing professional education and acting as a mentor to students or new staff members while enhancing departmental operational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions that necessitate rehabilitation, pain management, and mobility enhancement. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience
