This position offers the opportunity to own the full accounts payable process while working closely with finance, purchasing, and operations in a fast-paced environment.If you’re someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and building strong vendor relationships, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Be DoingProcess high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficientlyMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentationResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departmentsPrepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfersReconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor recordsProcess employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactionsAssist with month-end close, accruals, and AP reconciliationsMaintain W-9 documentation and assist with annual 1099 reportingIdentify opportunities to improve AP workflows and increase efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of Accounts Payable experienceExperience working in an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, NetSuite, etc.)Strong Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsWhy Apply?Stable, growing organization with a collaborative cultureCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsOpportunity to work alongside an experienced accounting teamExposure to process improvements and cross-functional projectsLong-term career growth within finance and accounting
