Senior Account Executive

Job Description You are passionate about translating scientific knowledge into meaningful stories. In this role at GENICOS, you will serve as the primary customer contact on a project management level, responsible for the day‑to‑day account workload and execution of tactical objectives aligned with the overall brand strategy. Responsibilities Serve as the lead for tactical work, including securing information for the internal team, communicating with the brand team, leading customer status meetings, and participating in regulatory/medical reviews. Drive customer processes by possessing a deep understanding of customer requirements and systems to effectively drive projects to completion. Build and foster relationships with customers and colleagues, providing value as a source of information relative to tactical objectives and business needs. Stay current with brand information (data, strategy, competitive dynamics) and understand the brand’s strategic goals and objectives. Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing at an agency. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Desired Qualifications Experience with Adobe Professional. Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, with potential eligibility to earn commissions or bonuses based on company and/or individual performance. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, a company‑matched 401(k), flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time, and additional benefits as outlined in the company’s benefits package.
