Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center on the geriatric population, primarily focusing on individuals facing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, dementia-related challenges, and adjustment issues related to aging. Understanding the complexities of these conditions and their impact on daily functioning is essential in providing effective therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid professional license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Strong foundational knowledge in geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a patient-centered, empathetic approach to care.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as other relevant technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, reflecting the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
