Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that cater to their specific challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services via secure virtual platforms, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) as appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, dependent upon caseload and experience.
