We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our outpatient mental health office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a professional and supportive healthcare environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–8:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Every Friday off
• $15–$17 per hour

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Collect copays and assist with basic insurance questions
• Verify and maintain accurate patient information
• Communicate effectively with therapists, providers, and office staff
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations
• Use electronic medical records and office scheduling systems
• Handle general administrative and front-office responsibilities
• Help maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming office environment

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous medical office, front desk, receptionist, or healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and compassionate personality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Comfortable working with computers and electronic medical records
• Insurance verification and medical billing experience is a plus
• Must be dependable and maintain strict patient confidentiality
