Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients' mental health concerns, including psychological evaluations and clinical diagnosis formulation.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy discussions, and family counseling, ensuring the therapeutic approach aligns with the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and an effective response to their needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client records, ensuring ethical compliance and legal requirements are met, including treatment notes, progress updates, and diagnostic assessments.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and health care professionals to create an integrated approach to client care.

• Educate clients and families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and community resources, acting as an advocate for their needs and rights.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and staying updated with the latest practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Our clients come from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds, and you will have the unique opportunity to help them navigate their mental health journeys. You will conduct sessions using telehealth platforms designed to enhance accessibility for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health therapist license in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability in clinical assessments and diagnostic processes.

• At least two years of relevant experience working in a mental health setting.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• A strong commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity in all aspects of therapy and client relations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior clinical experience in a community health setting is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year .
