Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate secure and empathetic individual therapy sessions via video conferencing tools, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, identifying specific goals and actionable steps for improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily serving stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. This includes individuals navigating challenges like anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in empowering them to develop coping skills and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must possess one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates must demonstrate a history of ethical practice without disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms is crucial to ensure seamless client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on your experience and work hours. In addition to salary, we provide a sign-on bonus for newly hired counselors, along with a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time employees. Payment is processed weekly via direct deposit for your convenience.
