Compassion Elevated Therapy is actively searching for a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Brick, New Jersey. This full-time position is focused on providing high-quality physical therapy services in a home care setting. Work Environment

This role is performed onsite in the homes of our patients in Brick, New Jersey, allowing for a personalized approach to therapy. Our home care model promotes flexibility and creativity in treatment, enabling therapists to tailor their techniques to the unique environments of individual patients. You will work a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, specifically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for work-life balance as you provide essential healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and individualized treatment plans assessing each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Utilize various treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and assistive device training.
• Engage in thorough communication and collaboration with patients' referring physicians to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to track patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' recovery, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to both federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Your expertise will be vital in addressing a diverse range of conditions, providing therapy that encourages mobility and effective function in daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a higher-level degree such as a Master's or Doctorate from an accredited program.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist is required to practice in New Jersey.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic settings, providing a strong foundation in assessment and treatment planning.
• Demonstrable proficiency in orthopedic assessment and therapeutic techniques, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, allowing for effective interaction with patients, families, and medical professionals.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in settings such as geriatrics, acute care facilities, and outpatient clinics.

Compensation and Benefits
