Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and psychosocial needs to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Engage actively in crisis intervention, employing a strong understanding of issues related to substance abuse, domestic violence, and trauma.

• Maintain detailed documentation of patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

• Educate and communicate effectively with team members about clients’ needs and psychosocial stressors to promote a cohesive treatment approach.

• Utilize various telehealth technologies to deliver effective counseling remotely, adapting methods to meet the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele from various backgrounds and demographics, many of whom may be experiencing significant challenges such as mental health disorders, trauma, and familial issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 78,000 and 115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
