Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Refreshed Hope, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough intake diagnostic assessments including clinical summaries, treatment planning, and crisis planning to accurately identify client needs and develop tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices and state regulations.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Working collaboratively with clients’ family members to engage in treatment processes and support behavioral changes.

• Performing crisis intervention and management, providing immediate support to clients during critical moments.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights, improve care strategies, and discuss client progress.

• Offering case management services by connecting clients to additional resources and support systems tailored to their specific needs.

• Engaging in continuous education through seminars and training sessions to enhance your skills and understanding of evolving mental health practices.

• Providing mentorship and supervision to junior therapists and interns to support their professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele that includes individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, intellectual disabilities, and those dealing with issues of low self-esteem or suicidal ideation. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
