Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including detailed reviews of their medical histories and specific assessments to identify individual needs and treatment goals.
• Communicate evaluation results and the personalized treatment plan to patients and their families, ensuring they are involved in the goal-setting process.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient presentations and evolving healthcare standards, demonstrating clinical expertise throughout your practice.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, recognizing changes in patients' conditions that may require adjustments to care plans or referrals for further consultation.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all patient interactions, aligning with standards that depict each patient's journey through the rehabilitation process, including evaluations, progress summaries, and discharge planning.
• Maintain an organized schedule to meet productivity expectations while demonstrating excellent time-management skills.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, and serve as a mentor to students in the field.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
