Work Environment

As part of an onsite team, the Physical Therapist will work alongside occupational therapists, physicians, and nurse practitioners to coordinate care and optimize rehabilitation strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to provide tailored treatment plans that cater to their unique goals and needs.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions aimed at improving physical function while reducing reliance on medications and minimizing the risk of unnecessary surgeries.
• Design and deliver personalized care plans that include various evidence-based treatment modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional movement training.
• Create individualized fitness and wellness programs that consider the specific requirements and lifestyles of each patient.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement and recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about injury management, pain-relief strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall health and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work primarily with patients experiencing musculoskeletal issues, including but not limited to orthopedic post-operative conditions such as joint replacements, fractures, and sports injuries. You will collaborate with a diverse population, ranging from active adults to older individuals, all seeking to restore functional mobility and enhance their everyday lives.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds, effectively understanding their individual rehabilitation goals.
• Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary treatment practices, techniques, and technologies in physical therapy.
• A professional demeanor underscored by exceptional communication skills, ensuring clear and efficient interactions with patients and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specialized rehabilitation programs for various orthopedic conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient care efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 110,000 to 130,000 yearly , commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
