Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities, designing personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and assistive device training, while ensuring alignment with each client's individual care plan.
• Oversee the work of Physical Therapy Assistants, providing guidance and support to assure the effective execution of care strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Evaluate clients' home environments and make recommendations on modifications to support independence and safety in their daily lives.
• Document progress and outcomes meticulously, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, while adhering to all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Regularly communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery and participate in case conferences to evaluate ongoing treatment efficacy.
• Instruct clients and their families on care protocols for rehabilitation devices and overall therapy practices.
• Stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements, participating in continuing education and training opportunities as necessary.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic policies and patient services, enhancing our overall capacity to meet community health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, maintaining good standing.
• A valid CPR certification.
• A valid driver's license and automobile insurance to facilitate home assessments as needed.
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
