Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, determining an appropriate treatment plan tailored to individual needs.
• Implement and oversee personalized therapeutic programs, utilizing techniques based on the latest research and best practices.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction through attentive and empathetic care.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to leverage evidence-based care and maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions directly in the clinic or via home health settings, adjusting approaches as necessary to align with physician recommendations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Optimal Recovery, you will work with a diverse patient demographic including individuals recovering from orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, recognized by the APTA or CAPTE.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
