Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for children and adults, utilizing evidence-based practices to accurately assess needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique challenges and rehabilitation goals.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, utilizing SOAP notes to ensure transparent communication within our electronic record system.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic procedures, expected outcomes, and challenges related to the recovery process.
• Meet departmental goals and ensure a high level of productivity in alignment with the business objectives of Physiocare.
• Collaborate with other therapy professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan when clients engage in multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Patient community is diverse, encompassing individuals of various ages, races, and ethnic backgrounds. As a Physical Therapist, you'll engage with clients facing a spectrum of musculoskeletal issues, neurological conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
