Work Environment

This full-time role is based onsite in our modern outpatient office, designed to facilitate a comfortable and healing environment for our staff and patients. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Serenity Orthopedic Care Solutions, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by various physicians and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, ensuring each patient receives tailored care.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced rehabilitation technologies.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans to comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Actively engage in team meetings to collaborate on treatment strategies and to share insights from patient interactions.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding injury prevention, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Acknowledge and meet organizational objectives through efficient patient management and utilization of clinical resources.

Qualifications

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in an orthopedic setting.
• Certification in Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in specialized areas such as manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric physical therapy will find their skills greatly valued. Experience with assessment tools for measuring patient outcomes and reporting on progress will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
