Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies to foster patient growth and resilience.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable standards.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care, participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance care quality.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
