As a member of our outpatient office, you will work in a fully remote setting that offers flexibility and a supportive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments that consider the intersection of mental well-being and various medical conditions affecting patients.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated treatment plans that simultaneously address psychiatric and medical needs, ensuring cohesive care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based interventions tailored to address patients' unique circumstances, such as chronic pain or substance use disorders.

• Actively collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers to guarantee coordinated and effective treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services and emotional support to patients during mental health emergencies to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Foster patient education regarding the interconnections between mental health and physical health to empower self-management and recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring all records reflect the patient’s treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.
