Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, effectively addressing a range of mental health issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting a collaborative atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and support among participants.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
