Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for a flexible work-life balance as you will work remotely from the comfort of your home. Our telehealth platform ensures that you can provide effective therapy sessions from any location while maintaining high standards of privacy and confidentiality. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans that outline therapy goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to implement effective interventions during individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community and providing essential resources to patients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to offer coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing your skills to support patients in moments of acute mental health distress.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, complying with all legal and ethical documentation requirements.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and professional development opportunities.

• Stay abreast of advancements in the mental health field to enhance your therapeutic techniques and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. By employing personalized treatment plans, you will directly contribute to improving their overall mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse patient population.

• Ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments and effectively formulate treatment strategies based on individual needs.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in computer applications relevant to telehealth services.

• A commitment to ethical practice and professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

OEM Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
