Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group counseling sessions to clients, focusing on treatment plans that address mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.

• Utilize our cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Conduct assessments to identify client issues and collaboratively work with them to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.

• Monitor client progress consistently and adapt treatment methods as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Create a safe and confidential space during all sessions, adhering to ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
