Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver remote telehealth counseling sessions to clients, assessing their needs and creating individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, ensuring a maximum of 8 clients in a group to foster deeper connections and therapeutic healing.

• Engage in regular case discussions with colleagues to share insights, enhance skills, and promote accountability in client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including access to free online Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to fulfill licensing requirements and enhance clinical knowledge.

• Collaborate with the Admissions and Assessment team to manage client schedules efficiently, ensuring consistent and reliable therapeutic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele we serve includes adolescents and young adults who are navigating mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and trauma. Our approach emphasizes the importance of building strong, therapeutic relationships, allowing clinicians to engage deeply with clients and foster sustainable healing over time.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) or eligibility for junior-licensed positions with supervision provided.

• Availability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions or full-time for W2 roles; flexible scheduling to accommodate personal needs while fulfilling client commitments.

• Demonstrated experience in a telehealth setting is preferred; candidates should possess familiarity with relevant technology for virtual counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
